Periga Hotel – Booking & Refund Policy

At Periga Hotel, we strive to make the booking process simple, secure, and flexible. This policy explains how reservations, cancellations, and refunds are managed. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Reservations

• Reservations can be made directly through our website, by phone, or in person at our front desk.

• All bookings require accurate guest details, including name, contact information, and payment confirmation.

• Room availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

2. Payment

• A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your reservation.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods listed on our website.

• For event hall and conference bookings, a minimum deposit will be required, with the balance payable before the event date.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund terms are:

• Full Refund – Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking (and at least 7 days before check-in) are eligible for a full refund.

• Partial Refund – Cancellations made up to 7 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

• No Refund – Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in are non-refundable.

• Event & Conference Bookings – Cancellations may be subject to separate terms depending on prior agreements.

Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

4. No-Shows & Early Departures

• Guests who fail to check in on the arrival date without prior notice will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

• Early departures are treated as cancellations, and no refunds will be issued.

5. Modifications

• Guests may request a change to their booking (dates, room type, or package) subject to availability.

• Price differences (if any) will apply.

6. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: From 2:00 PM

• Check-out time: By 12:00 PM

• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
